Shipping & Delivery policies
According to current government advice on COVID-19, as of March 2020, Joyero Nes will not send any orders with Signature on Delivery to ensure that there is limited communication with the reception of your order. Our team is still trying to send out all orders as quickly as possible, but due to a smaller team working remotely during this time, your order can take a bit longer to ship. We thank you very much for your appreciation of this.
Normal orders are processed until the authorization and authentication of the credit card has been received. Orders delivered via standard delivery usually ship within 5 working days of obtaining authorization for credit cards.
Once we ship your package we will send you an email with the status of your order along with a tracking number so you may track your package on-line with the carrier.
All shipping fess are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for both shipping and re-posting of refunds and exchanges, as Joyero Nes does not refund delivery costs or the expense of returning merchandise, even when the product is issued incorrectly.
Customers are required to ensure that their details are right at check-out, as Joyero Nes would not be held responsible for incorrect deliveries due to delivery errors, late deliveries caused by third-party courier firms or orders scanned as delivered.
Joyero Nes shall not be held liable for goods which have been lost or damaged during the return shipment; the goods must be shipped by means of a system which is traceable.
All of the sales are final. Joyero Nes may not give refunds or credits for wrong buying, misuse of discount codes or change of mind.
