Order Shipping –
Joyero Nes offers free shipping for all prepaid and Cash on Delivery Orders only in India
Orders from Joyero Nes are normally processed and shipped within one to two business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message or email with the tracking information. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you and advise you of the situation.
Track your Order –
You will receive an email or message with the tracking URL and Order number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order in real time by using the tracking URL.
ORDER DELIVERY –
From the time we dispatch your order, our logistics partner typically delivers the shipment in 4-5 business days. However, there may be a delay in delivering your order if there are any unforeseen situations or rare operational concerns. Please track your order using the information sent to your registered email address.
Orders Outside of India (International) –
Every shipment must pass through several checkpoints before being safely delivered to you; the process takes time, but the travel is rapid. You should receive your package within 15-20 business days after placing your order. Any delays can be reported to us via email at contact@joyerones.com, and we will give you with more information to address your concern.
International Shipping –
International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your item and are automatically applied to your basket at Check Out.
All product pricing and shipping expenses on our website are exclusive of import duties. If the product is stuck during shipping, you as the recipient of the order, are responsible for all import tariffs, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the country in where you are located. Please ensure that import duties are paid to receive your product when it arrives. If you fail to do so, your order may become stuck in customs or return to our warehouse, in which case we will not be able to reimburse the shipping expenses and will deduct the charges for the return.
