Didn't like the product you purchased? Have you changed your mind since receiving your order? Don't be worried. We understand that you may purchase a piece of fashion jewelry but later change your mind and decide not to wear it. We don't want you to have any doubts about your purchase. We value your money and do not want you to waste it by purchasing a product that you will never use. As a result, we provide our customers with a very simple three-step return policy. For your next purchase, you will be given a coupon code deducting the shipping charges of the returned product. The three steps for returning your purchase are stated below.

Let us know- Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your product, please send us an email at contatc@joyerones.com with the product's name and images. We will then approve your return request, and the accordingly next step will be taken.

Return- Once you have received our approval for your return request, you must ship us the products you wish to return along with all the original packaging by placing it safely back into the box. JoyroNes will arrange the return shipping and the product(s) must be returned on the scheduled date and time which would be informed via call or WhatsApp. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product. The product(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging. If the product(s) is/are damaged or shipped without its original packaging, we will be unable to process the refund coupon code. 

Refund- The final step starts once we receive your returned package. We will notify you of the receipt of your package within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Following the quality check by our team, we will calculate the applicable refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Mode of Refund 

The refund will be in the form coupon code only and not money back. The coupon code can only be used once and cannot be applied to another order. The coupon code has an expiration date of 6 months and can be used before the code gets expired.

Deductions That Apply-

1. A total of 100 will be deducted from the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse for non-acceptance of prepaid orders.
2. Please contact us before placing another order for any online prepaid transactions where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet, but the order confirmation is not received. We will notify you if your transaction was successfully completed. If you place a new order before confirming with us, the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before you receive a refund.

Refund Qualifications- 

1. All products sold on our website are refundable for a coupon code only.
2. Refunds are not available for damaged, used, or products sent without their original packaging. The items can be returned to you for an additional Rs.100 shipping fee.
3. Items that are not informed of a return within 48 hours.
4. All our products are subjected to multiple levels of quality control before being shipped. 

Refund Time-

1. The coupon code will be processed within five working days of receiving the returned products or confirmation of order.
2. The coupon code issued as a refund will be valid only if you do not use any other offer code when placing a new order.
3. A customer cannot use more than one coupon code at the same time when placing an order, so orders placed with the refund coupon code will not be able to use any offer coupon code.
